We are looking for an Entry Level Community Manager in a full time position to join our team. Ultimately, you should be able to become the face and voice of our company culture on a full-time basis. If you are a tech-savvy professional and eager to learn and grow with us, we would like to meet you.
Our ideal candidate should be a ‘People Person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversions with our community.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with potential customers and members.
Managing and handling email communications and sales inquiries
Conduct virtual and onsite tours
Coordinate with HR, Marketing and Sales Teams to ensure brand consistency
Stay up-to-date with digital technology and software maintain quality service for the day-to-day office operations including front desk, mailroom, scheduling the cleaning staff including security and maintenance.
Following and implementing guidelines provided in the employee handbook in accordance with the company culture
Requirements
Mac user
Familiarity Google Drive, especially in Google Docs and Google Sheets
Previous experience with CRM is a plus
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Quick Learner and Self Confident

Prior front desk experience is a plus. (medical, hotel, coworking office)
