About the job
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team and ensure our users achieve their desired outcomes using our platform. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers and a deep understanding of SaaS products.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new customers and provide training on Zodot's features and best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success.
- Identify and address customer needs and concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to monitor customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Work with the product team to provide user feedback and suggest improvements.
- Create and update user guides, tutorials, and support documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in CRM and customer support tools.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to customer service.
