Co-Founder

• You work intensively to validate a problem we have identified and then find / develop a possible solution to that problem. We may also provide solutions to these ideas.
• You will conduct interviews with industry stakeholders and gain access to experts from the 2b AHEAD network to further your insights.
• You will devote all your time & energy to validation, receiving ongoing support from us and a mission-aligned team of professionals when it matters most.
• You will be in direct contact with the 2bAHEAD Ventures team and will be involved in the processes fo communicating with all stakeholders, including Board Members of pretegious companies. Even if our paths part again after your validation, you have achieved tangible results and built up an extensive network.

Why Work With Us?

• You get to choose from pre-validated indsutry problems that you want to work on, and we will not pre-define a solution for you, but provide ideas and paths forward.
  
• You have the freedom to develop the business model and business plan together with us. Depending on the scope of the problem, you can take (unfair) advantage of direct connections to industry leaders which will be investing together with us into your Startup.
• You will be advised and coached on business development - and have access to our network of experts.
• You will receive extensive support in searching - and finding - suitable co-validators/co-founders. We encourage you to tap into your network and make suggestions to us as well!
• You have round-the-clock access to our office and meeting rooms.
• You may also recieve a monthly stipend of 2,500 € (gross) for the duration of your validation (3-4 months) - so that you can fully concentrate on your validation.

Qualifications

• You are entrepreneurial and can back it up with a track record of successful endeavors.
• You've been an active part of a startup ecosystem in the past.
• You have professional experience in ** technology and/or business**.
• You are business fluent in English and German. If you don't speak German, please let us know what skills or network you bring to the table to help you succeed in the European tech ecosystem.
