Lead Software Engineer

Gatsby is growing fast and we're hiring an engineer that's interested in writing code but also wants to lead the team and technical strategy.

We love developing innovative solutions, coming up with powerful new integrations, and building what customers request and need. We're looking for a Lead Software Engineer who is passionate about their craft, wants to architect complete end-to-end solutions that scale, and build a team around them.

Gatsby operates a real-time data platform built primarily in Node.js and scaling on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

**The right candidate:

• should have full stack experience, but at least a primary proficiency in backend
• Is familiar with ecommerce / the Shopify ecosystem
• Wants to work on an earlier stage startup that is averaging 25% MoM growth for more than the past 6 months, has enterprise level clients, and is growing entirely through word-of-mouth.

Gatsby is a remote team with team members in San Diego, Boston, New York City, and Austin.
