The Opportunity
People are our greatest asset and the Talent Acquisition team is on the frontlines of helping Abnormal Security scale with incredible new team members. We are looking to add an experienced Corporate Recruiter who can help us find, attract and hire the very best talent as we grow across all G&A roles. As a Sr. Corporate Recruiter, you will partner with hiring leaders and others on the TA team to drive hiring strategies that are efficient, data-driven and result in both speed and quality in hiring for your client groups.

What You'll Do:
- Operate as a full-cycle Corporate recruiter owning 10-15 reqs at any given time
- Partner with hiring leaders to develop sustainable recruiting strategies based on our Corporate hiring goals and needs
- Create and use hiring metrics (KPIs) to influence any hiring strategies
- Meet regularly with your hiring partners to ensure clarity on all searches
- Recommend new recruitment sources, build talent networks and find passive candidates
- Screen and interview candidates; engage with candidates throughout the entire recruiting workflow helping to close them with offer acceptance
- Quickly and accurately make go/no go decisions on new applicants that engage the most qualified candidates
- Maintain a high-level of quality when it comes to our hiring process and any data captured in our systems (ATS)
Experience you’ll have:
- 10+ years hiring for Corporate functions as a full-cycle in-house recruiter
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment partnering with functional leaders on their hiring needs and strategies
- Demonstrated success in running a full desk as a Corporate recruiter of 10+ reqs on a regular basis
- Experience building out successful hiring strategies that target both passive and active candidates
- You know how to source, sell and close Corporate function candidates
- Experience in Cybersecurity a plus but not required
