Element5 is looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager seasoned in the art of people and culture management, and translating it into an inclusive employee experience. Whether it is about nurturing the next generation of product-owners, or leaders, you will help ensure that Element5 makes for a compelling workplace to develop talent. You will be responsible for functions involving employee welfare such as payroll, and benefits. The perfect candidate will be a change agent to build a diverse, accessible, equitable, inclusive, and exciting work culture at Element5 that instills a sense of pride and belonging.

*What your role will look like *
- Manage the different facets of the employee life-cycle at Element5.
- Contribute to the betterment of employee well-being at work and HR functions & systems.
- Manage the payroll and benefits administration; in a timely and accurate manner
- Be responsible for offer letters, salary negotiations and appraisals
- Proactively identify and suggest continuous improvement across all aspects of payroll and benefits platforms and processes.
- Build good relations with employees, resolving issues and questions in a helpful, solution orientated manner and establish unified working relationships with the aim of optimising alignment between functional and strategic HR priorities.
- Work with the finance functions to ensure employee payroll costs are reported promptly for the purpose of both internal financial management and external reporting.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; research & propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure Element5 attracts and retains top talent.
- Responsible for all HR related policy setup and sustaining activities aligning with Soc2 security
- Manage and ensure disbursal of all overtime, support benefit structure payments
- Ensure compliance to all HR related regulations like PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.
- Engage with prospective employees and serve as a cultural steward to set the tone, model and application of our values and maintain an inclusive, diverse space.
- Constantly explore ways to nurture talent and facilitate employee growth
- Create processes that can help the organization detect and address grievances in time to mitigate risk, reduce attrition and ensure business continuity
- Push the needle on employee engagement and devise new ways to foster a healthy work culture in these changing times

- Qualification: MBA (HR) or equivalent degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience handling payroll and HR
