HR Manager (4years)

CoinFantasy is looking for a Senior Manager of Human Resource to drive our people story to secure a positive people experience that makes it easy for us to focus on our business and our customers. In this role you will integrate our People Philosophies that provide us with the visibility and clarity to understand how we make people related decisions. You will also implement actions and behaviors to empower everyone to perform at their very best. This will be accomplished through close partnership with the Business leadership, developing a deep understanding of the business, and its strategic objectives and by leveraging full breadth of the function. In addition, you will be expected to provide functional leadership and expertise on the company’s people processes, programs and policies.
*Responsibilities *
∙ Encourage growth and career advancement among our Talents, in line with business direction ∙ Foster a strong performance culture through clear expectations and the importance to CoinFantasy ∙ Guide leaders in adhering to our values, purpose and philosophies for a positive employee experience ∙ Process company payroll, employee appraisals and organize all necessary paperwork ∙ Manage pay and recognition related matters and also conflict management
∙ Influence business direction through People analytics, strategic planning and advice ∙ Hire the right employees for the right jobs based on the company’s needs
∙ Design/Update company policies and rules to make them suitable for company operations ∙ Provide training and development programs for employees to understand the flow of the organization. **
What we Expect
∙ 4 years of experience in the HR Domain who have worked in end-to-end HR process ∙ Defining the nature and responsibilities of positions and the skills and knowledge necessary for them ∙ Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, team management and communication skills including strong
listening, negotiation, persuasion and facilitation skills with all levels of leadership and employees ∙ Must be Empathetic and Compassionate
∙ Open to working on-site from our Chennai office (We want to work alongside you!)
