About the job
We are Una, a mission-driven company tackling the ever-increasing burden of metabolic disease.
We are combining the latest medical research, data science, bio-sensor technology, and human-centered design to enable sustainable behavior change and improve health outcomes. We are creating the first medical-grade digital therapy that sustainably solves metabolic dysfunction.
We are backed by Atlantic Food Labs and part of its portfolio network, which includes some of the most inspiring startups in the field such as Clue, Meditopia, Cara Care, and Casper, as well as companies such as SoundCloud and Gorillas.
We are a small, remote-first team that is just getting started. There is a lot of opportunities to shape the direction of the company from the start.
YOUR ROLE
This is the perfect role for anyone excited about the opportunity to shape a venture on a big, purpose-driven mission early on - whether that is to join us full-time, start your own venture or move towards VCs later on.
As Founder’s Associate, you will work directly and closely with our Founders. In this role, you have a high degree of freedom allowing you to identify problems, carry out analysis, design solutions and execute them. You will get a first-row view on building an early-stage startup from supporting us on day-to-day activities (such as operations or joining VC meetings) to running your own high-priority projects (such as developing marketing campaigns, package design, or managing pilots)
KEY THINGS TO SUCCEED
