We are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to spearhead our marketing efforts and propel our brand to new heights. The CMO will be responsible for crafting and executing a dynamic marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals, enhances brand visibility, and drives growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive user acquisition, and foster customer loyalty.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the media-tech landscape.
- Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including social media strategy, content marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Establish strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to enhance brand presence.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure marketing strategies are integrated with product offerings and customer needs.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and high ROI.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to refine strategies and report on performance.
- Lead and inspire a marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Represent Metapher Media Labs at industry events and conferences, as a thought leader and brand ambassador.
Responsibilities:
Identify and Target Potential Clients: Conduct market research to identify potential YouTube content creators in Europe and America who could benefit from our services. Build and maintain a comprehensive database of target clients.
Client Acquisition: Proactively reach out to identified content creators through various channels, including email outreach, social media platforms, and networking events. Strategically pitch our services, demonstrating how they can enhance the creators' content and audience engagement.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and align our services accordingly. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout their partnership with Metapher Media Labs.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, materials, and promotions aimed at attracting YouTube content creators to our services. Provide valuable insights from client interactions to enhance marketing strategies.
Industry and Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the YouTube content creator industry. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Attend Industry Events: Represent Metapher Media Labs at relevant industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand our presence and generate leads.
Achieve Sales Targets: Work diligently to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a CMO or senior marketing role, preferably within the media-tech or related industry.
- Expertise in various aspects of digital marketing including content strategy, social media, SEO/SEM, and analytics.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with an ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
