Job Brief

This role will be working directly with the CEO and founder. We are looking for a young and dynamic problem solver who enjoys working with high ownership in a high-growth, fast paced environment and wants to be at the forefront of driving the next wave of growth. You'll be responsible for identifying the key problems, setting the priorities, coming up with solutions and driving implementation in different types of projects.

Responsibilities

Strategy / roadmap: Develop and drive projects that enable the CEO to form the next strategic roadmap for Plus Capital. These projects help bring outside in perspective into the strategic planning of the company.

Key Projects - Identify and create projects to generate 10X impact within .. Own and deliver strategic projects which are structural and long term in nature for the company.

Reporting + Investor Relations - Develop formats and frameworks to evaluate success and internal metrics for the company. Work closely with the CEO for various investor, internal and external reporting and analysis projects.

What are we looking for

4-8 years of total work experience with the following:
Preferable 2+ years of experience in consulting from top tier firms
Experience in startups / tech companies in similar roles will be great
Preferably candidates with MBA from tier1 B-schools
Outstanding leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Superior problem-solving and project management skills
Strong track record with proven growth in your current organisation
