We have ambitious plans to scale the team in the hundreds (currently 35, with goal to get to 70 by EoY). We are focused on expansion and acquiring market share quickly. NexHealth is looking for a talented and dynamic SDR Leader to initially lead and grow a team of high performing sales professionals while also positioning for long-term growth to lead other leaders as we scale the team and expand into new verticals outside of Dental. We are looking for the right candidate with critical thinking and data-driven qualities that has a passion for coaching and leading to ultimately scale our sales development team and build a culture of teamwork, motivation, and excitement for our product while continuously driving a steady pipeline of business to help arm our talented team of Sales Development Representatives. What You'll Do
- Scale, manage, and develop a rapidly growing team of talented SDRs out of our Draper, Utah HQ
- Build structure to help us scale for long-term growth and ultimately lead other leaders as the org continues growing
- Drive a high performance culture to achieve and exceed sales development goals
- Provide strong coaching and mentoring through a deep understanding of sales, our business model, and our sales methodology
- Track sales team metrics and report data to senior leadership on a regular basis
- Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in a dedicated sales management role (outbound/high-volume B2B SaaS call environment REQUIRED)
- 2+ years in the software sales space as both an SDR & closer
- You love sales process, sales methodology, and have applied that love in designing and developing sales motions in an unstructured environment
- You have a passion for developing, motivating, and inspiring SDRs to high performance
- Experience scaling an SDR team and can think through career paths, segmenting the team, etc.
- You obsess over consistency and developing frameworks for replicating success
- You understand the value of helping teams cope with change in a high-growth and fast-paced tech environment
- You are a “student of the sport” and spend your own time learning about the latest trends and best practices developing in SaaS Sales NexHealth Values
