The Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team. We’re a fast growing startup based in sunny San Diego building a great sales team. No previous sales experience needed. This is an awesome opportunity to join a startup with uncapped earning potential and growth opportunities.
The Business Development Representative will generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, email campaigns and other prospecting methods. They will target medium and large sized companies. In this role, the sales representative will schedule online demos with prospects so they can learn more about PINS products (The demos will then be given by PINS Account Executives).
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Make a high volume of calls each day
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize sales effort
- Proactive and consistent follow up on deals
- Track all sales activities in company’s CRM system
- Network
- Maintain a deep understanding of PINS products to emphasize the product features and highlight how our solution meets needs

- 1+ years experience in a sales role is helpful but not required
