About the Role:
As a Sales Enablement Manager, Content & Technology, at RealSelf, you will ensure that RealSelf’s customer-facing roles have the content and strategic approach they need to be successful. This means ensuring that our sales teams have ongoing product & marketing knowledge and the materials required to execute in their roles. You’re a self starter who forms strong relationships, assesses opportunities, develops informed solutions, and delivers measurable results.
In this role you will:
- Develop and own sales content, including customer case studies, sales scripts, battlecards, product sheets, and email templates. You will own the handoff of this content to Training.
- Own our content library to target sales leads: create and optimize email and phone sequences via data-driven A/B tests.
- Set the direction for what content and targeting Sales should be using to target leads, and build out KPIs to track the success, monitor changes, and report out across teams.
- Drive targeted campaigns to book meetings for the sales team from our existing lead population.
- Own cross-functional relationships with sales leadership, product and marketing to develop educational content and materials for the most up-to-date product offerings and features.
- Own the handoff between Marketing and Sales, ensuring adoption, feedback, and optimizations of Marketing campaigns with the Sales team.
About You:

You take pride in your personal brand, and the brand of the RealSelf Revenue team. The Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing team consider you to be a key connecting cross-functional resource.
You may be the right fit if you have:
- 5+ years experience in a high-performance revenue organization, with 3+ years of experience in enablement.
- Experience managing projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Problem solver familiar with change management, with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience operating effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to write sales content and copy.
- The ability to self-service pull and analyze data. Preferred skills include familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and Looker.
