Just like the housekeeping exprience you get with a hotel but we tether this model to urban residential areas and you get a handy modern app to schedule your cleanings from and we use a little robot to clean the bathtubs and showers saving the cleaner time and lowering the price of house cleanings. (not to take jobs - in lieu they work as an aid to the house cleaner)

Cleanbot is seeking a highly motivated engineer for a Robotics/Mech Enginer position.
Who will design - prototype - develop it's first generation of flagship consumer facing cleaning robots.

The Role
The Robotics engineer will have extensive theoritical and hands-on experience in all facets of robotic applications. Experience starting and managing new products with upgrades and modifications. Experience with mutiple robot brands is desired. You will spearhead new product/process introduction and will be entrusted with full ownership of your project from development, testing, qualification and production integration and onboarding(interview) new members to your division.

Responsibilities include
Engage in the meticulous creation of detailed CAD models

• Choose a prototyping Manufacturing firm
• Designing/selecting robotic system
• Creating simulations with Delmia or Process Simulate
• Act as technical decision maker
• Advanced robot programming including DCS, Kuka Safe.
• Develop custom robot application code to interface with new technologies.
• Support maintenance team in troubleshooting breakdowns\equipment failures
• Develop procedures and maintain proper documentation related to robotics systems
• Work with Freelancers to cover the gaps in the things you might not know

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors of Science in Engineering
• 3+ years of professional experience directly in the field of mechanical engineering
• CAD and drafting experience with NX or other similar software packages

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in engineering or BS in mechatronics engineering ** 5+ years of professional experience directly in the field of mechanical engineering
• Excellent robotic high level and background programming skills on Fanuc, KUKA, ABB or equivalent brands.
• Hands on experience commissioning and programming insdustrial robots
• Robotic mechanical and electrical trouble shooting skills.
• Experience with Robot simulation packages using Robcad, Delmia 3DX or Process Simulate (preffered).
• Good overall people management skills.

• Strong skillset in managing large engineering and production groups

• Note: After seed funding is aquired we will be bringing on 1 to 2 more Robotic/mechanical Engineers to expand your team, but first we will consult you obviously on the matter, to know what you need help with within the oncoming Robotic/Mechatronics Engineers respective roles and you are expected to interview them and gauge their talents to see if they are worth their salt.
