About the job

Role

Scalenut is looking to add Enterprise Sales Manager to it’s growing team. The person would be a part of the core leadership team of Scalenut and would work directly with the founders. It’s an opportunity to build a large global brand for professional services and completely redefine how work is done today.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead end to end sales for domestic as well as international markets
  • Own the top-line and LTV growth
  • Drive and build the sales funnel
  • Work with the Marketing team to build the brand and generate the right leads
  • Set up systems and processes to manage the entire sales funnel (lead generation to closure)
  • Build the sales team and manage the existing team
  • Create sales decks and conduct product demos to prospect clients
  • Handle contracts and negotiations with small, medium, and large enterprises
  • Work with existing clients to increase LTV
  • Handle and manage key accounts
  • Establish and manage Channel Partnership program

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • End to end B2B sales management
  • Entrepreneurial and self driven with multi tasking ability and out of box thinking
  • Ability to educate enterprise clients about new services and technology products
  • Knowledge of using right technology tools to improve processes and conversions
  • Capability to build and manage large teams
  • Process creation and management
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Persuasive speaker and proven negotiator
  • Very passionate about building new businesses

Education and Experience

  • Tier 1 / 2 college (with or without MBA)
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales - a proven track record
  • Strong background of revenue growth
  • 2-3 years of experience in International Sales
