The Role

We are searching for a highly-creative Digital Marketing Manager to drive all our marketing operations. Your central goal will be to generate leads, increase conversions and drive inorganic sales. In addition, you will work closely with the team to also increase our brand’s influence, build a thriving community with a focus on brand loyalty and awareness.

Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in paid marketing, handling 360 degree marketing campaigns and excelling at website conversion strategies (preferably Shopify websites). In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also need to demonstrate excellent work ethic, interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategize, lead and implement our paid marketing strategies
  2. Manage and grow our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  3. Achieve mutually agreed targets from a growth/sales perspective
  4. Examine correlations between prospecting activities, revenue, and budget
  5. Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.
  6. Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  7. Generate leads and increase conversions for B2C and B2B offerings, globally.
  8. Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
  9. Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  10. Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
  11. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying
  12. Monitor market intelligence and keep track of competitor movement and market situation

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a paid marketing position.
  3. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  4. Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
