Jobs at Luma World

We are always looking for confident, motivated and enterprising problem solvers. The key attribute for any member of the team at Luma World is critical thinking. You must be able to take up tasks and apply yourself to not just find any solution but the most effective and efficient one after carefully considering all variables. This applies across all roles and positions. We encourage everyone on the team to constantly challenge the status quo and not be content with mediocrity. However, if you are to do so the only requirement is that you must also provide solutions to back up your claims! The work environment is laid back but the work is not! We like to have long discussions full of ideas and laughter, play instruments and, of course, board games! If you are prepared to wear many hats, think out of the box, create something new everyday and have lots of fun doing so then there is no better place to spend most of your day!
