This is a unique opportunity to work with a high growth direct-to-consumer (D2C) company in the food and beverage space - to join our core team and help shape our brand.
As the Community Manager, you own and contribute to communications with our community of coffee-drinkers and our prospective customers. You will help address customer questions, educate them about our products and engage with them in a meaningful way to champion the Country Bean brand.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a WOW experience for our community through chat, social media, email and any other relevant platforms
- Harness our knowledge base to educate our community about our products and initiatives
- Work closely with our social media team to identify and implement strategies for community engagement
- Increase automation, implementing best practices at scale, and driving satisfaction, retention, and cross-sell/upsell
Requirements:
- 0-5 years of work experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A keen understanding of social media trends and customer behaviour is a plus
