CTO / CPO

Your tasks

• Responsibility, further development of the Tech Vision; on strategic and operational level
• Management of the team and relevant partners; establishment of an in-house tech team
• Technological and conceptual design of our digital products
• Organization, coordination and responsibility for our development process

What you bring with you

• In-depth understanding of architectural design and development of innovative technologies
• You know your way around: JavaScript/TypeScript (React), Python (Django), Node.JS and the AWS ecosystem (min. RDS)
• You have experience as CTO, Product Owner and/or Scrum Master
• Advantageous, not mandatory: you have experience in the Commerce/Retail area, Data Science and Dashboards
• You have an open and friendly manner and strong communication skills
• Entrepreneurship is not a foreign word for you; you like to work interdisciplinary and always see the big picture
• Structured and efficient work is a matter of course for you - stressful situations no problem
