  • 2-3 years of SaaS sales experience
  • Committed to pursuing a career in sales (or sales consulting)
  • Know what it takes to work with and close B2B customers
  • Experienced in outbound prospecting and can set meetings with executives
  • Familiar with CRMs, Reply.io (or similar), and other common sales tools
  • Excellent communication skills and sharp attention to detail
  • Does what it takes to find creative solutions to problems
  • Action-oriented and set aggressive goals for yourself
  • Delivers at a high level working autonomously, but also know how to collaborate
  • Proven track record of success within a startup environment
  • Based in the United States

What you’ll do: ⛑

  • Work closely our Consultanting team and our Clients (i.e. founders) across the globe
  • Support the development of key client deliverables (i.e. data analysis, presentations, etc.)
  • Design, execute, and measure outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Conduct account- and contact-based research to inform the team’s outbound field work
  • Leverage your creative copywriting skills to drive personalized, outbound communication
  • Review meeting transcripts and tag, catalog, and extract insights for review
  • Help assess the strengths and opportunities of our clients’ business models
  • Help develop frameworks and operational processes that allow our practice to grow and scale
  • Manage parts of our firm’s operational tech stack (i.e. AirTable, Zapier, Reply.io, Notion, etc.)
  • Help coordinate client engagements in partnership with the lead Consultant
  • Become a student — if you’re not already — of Customer Development, business model design, go-to-market, and B2B sales
  • Work cross-functionally across the company, more so than anyone on our team
