We designed a society and economy with the working assumption that there would always be more young people than old. That's no longer true. The world is undergoing a radical reconfiguration and (wide) cracks are showing. Nowhere is more affected than the care industry. Demand for care is greater than the supply of professional carers. Family caregivers have rushed to fill this gap. However, they lack the knowledge and resources. Companies and individuals are suffering as a result. We're here to change that. To us, only climate change is a more important problem. But unlike climate change, the breaking point is now.
