Yurtle sells group insurance protection for employees balancing work and unpaid caregiving for a loved one. Our one-of-a-kind employee wellness benefit (sold to employers) facilitates back up care rapidly in emergencies and connects working carers to a network of resources, people and services that allow them to thrive at work and at home. Better supported carers are more present and productive employees.

Our insurance pays a daily allowance or lump sum benefit in the event that an employee becomes hospitalised, disabled or passes away from illness or accident. In that way, we given employees peace of mind that their loved one will have continuity of care should an emergency happen to them.

Our companion app connects family caregivers to resources, services and people that help them minimise trade-offs between work and care, lighten the care load and enhances their own financial, physical, and mental wellbeing.
