• Tax Preparation:

Accurately prepare and file federal, state and local taxes, including franchise and other fees, in a timely manner
Review and file monthly sales and use tax returns through Avalara for multiple states
Review annual income tax returns and quarterly/yearly tax projections provided by our external tax team for both federal and state
Prepare and file forms 1099, 1042, and 3921 annually
Review annual tax provision with input from our external tax accountants
Plan for and develop overall return calendar and coordinate timing with treasury management for cash payments to ensure no late penalties or interest charges
