Yavardi builds governance infrastructure for law firms. The platform identifies compliance risk before it reaches an invoice, creates a defensible account of authorization decisions, and gives firms visibility into work that falls outside client expectations. No existing system does this for law firms.

Every month, firms lose revenue to work that falls outside client expectations. Disputes over those expectations damage client relationships and put renewals at risk. Yavardi addresses this before the invoice goes out.

Over the past two years, our team has worked directly with law firm leadership to validate the problem, refine the product, and build a working demonstration of the platform. We’ve completed demonstrations with major firms and have warm introductions underway.

Our Industry Partner is a former attorney at one of the world’s largest law firms and served as Chief Legal Officer in the public sector. She brings deep legal expertise, credibility, and longstanding relationships within the legal industry.

Our founder brings a background in IT Infrastructure Engineering, with the last several years focused specifically on legal technology. Yavardi is fully bootstrapped, with no outside funding or investors. Our team has built the platform and a working demonstration of the product.
