We have built a cloud platform to tackle the challenge that exists with outsourcing of marketing work to contact centers. The platform brings businesses and contact centers (inclusive of crowd sourced) together in a marketplace that delivers direct marketing services.
Our goal is to make launching contact center (Offline channel) as easy as launching say, an email campaign (Online channel).
