About our Company WYNTEM is an innovative start-up associated with B2B Online Marketplace Industry, that simplify the facility management of gated communities in India. We are currently 5 people and growing fast. Founder Murugaraj Swaminathan has founded 2 Startups before - in 2016 - Twoclips & in 2017 - Uniservice, having more than 10 years of domain experience and core expertise in building businesses. We are bootstrapped, few investment firm approached us for seed funds. We have launched MVP1 to pilot users in May 2021. We have strong advisory team backed by Top MNC CEO & Startup CEO. Job Description: We are looking for CTO with a great technical background with lots of hands on experience in early stage startups in India. He/She should have backend, frontend and tech development knowledge and experience. - Hands on full-stack web developer. - Candidate should have prior experience co-founding startups. - Candidate should have at leat 5 years of relevant experience. - Build, lead and manage tech team in future. 
 Currently we are bootstrapping and reaching breakeven. This is a pure equity role in the boot-strapped phase and possible payout can start from 6th months or so. Preferable Candidate : Based out of Bangalore
