They’re designed to remove friction, align progress and next steps, or to mastermind for greater innovation. Standups are short and clear: What are you focused on? What’s blocked? What’s next? The rest gets handled async, with personal ownership and a great deal of trust that each member knows what best to drive progress forward, so we can stay in flow. No calendar stuffing here.
