The first way we do this is by presenting a "single view of the customer" within and adjacent to productivity tools and communications systems, starting with Gmail. Instant integration with popular web apps enhances familiar UI, features, and workflows - new users start seeing dramatic communication efficiency and quality improvements with a minimum of effort. Soon our platform will be used by SaaS app developers to quickly add "single view of the customer" features to their products with minimal effort.
