Local Pet Sitting/ Walking/ Feeding/ Overnight Services.

I plan to expand to all of Newton County and surrounding areas (Morgan/ Oconee/ Henry/ Dekalb/ Fulton counties). We are experiencing massive green tech/ film industry growth in our area and I plan to take advantage, with this being my first investment. I have some clients but need to hire 1-3 employees and initiate better marketing efforts. Currently, I am using automated software to track and complete visits, known as Pet Sitter Dashboard. I have insurance valid for myself until 2024, with the ability to add new employees to the policy upon hire. I am looking to move the format to subscription-based eventually and potentially expand to doggy day care services/ boarding options (I have 5 secluded acres ~4 miles from the town square nearing the countryside.) I volunteer for a sustainability-focused grassroots cause (incoming 2023 Secretary) and would like to funnel some of the business profits to that, Ray C. Anderson Foundation, and to later fund a local IT BootCamp program for underprivileged/ underrepresented residents. Later, I plan to add a food forest and sustainable toy swap at Christmas with holiday waste reduction solutions. I would also like to expand my reach and learn more about real estate, investing, and franchising. I am pursuing my AWS SAA. I am setting up my latest Waggin' Rights website using WordPress (coming soon). I have many goals and big dreams and refuse to be a victim of circumstance, stagnation, or negative influence. It's time for good people to build generational wealth so that we can teach others to do the same. IT changed my career values and life trajectory.
