Virtudesk provides human virtual assistants (VAs) to small and medium business on subscription basis. The virtual assistants perform administrative, customer services, accounting, prosepecting and other tasks remotely and can be monitored by Virtudesk workforce and the client by means of VA Time Tracker, a proprietary software. Virtudesk provides affordable solution to small businesses. We also train and up-train the VAs to meet the clients' needs and coach them to ensure productivity and quality control.

For call centers, Virtudesk provides it's product "Call Center in the Box" which pivots from our business model of remote employees. Call center in the box will allow remote monitoring of employees without losing productivity.

Virtudesk is popular among Realtors as VAs can prospect for leads and help busy Realtors in day to day tasks
