Virtual Repetitions careers

We’ve built a system that converts traditional 2D playbooks from coaches into an immersive 3D applied video game for players. Coaches can use pre-built plays from our marketplace, or draw custom plays through our “Draw” application.

These plays (or drills) are immediately available in our 3D “Virtual Playbook”, where players and coaches can explore the play from any perspective, see through the eyes of their position (as if they were on the court), or “take control” of their position like a video game to test their knowledge of the play.

We aggregate the results of when the players “take control” of their position, and are able to let the coach know how well each player knows each play - giving them actionable data on which plays are safe to run during a game or which still need to be worked on during practice
