Culture and benefits at Luma World

Culture is a fluid term at Luma World. In simple terms, for us, PLAY is SERIOUS business. We inculcate a passion for efficiency and excellence in all our team members and strive for collective improvement after regular assessment and introspection. Hierarchy exists in management decisions or assignment of tasks but NEVER in feedback or performance analysis. We ensure that co-founders or senior personnel are open to criticism, feedback and review from every member at Luma World irrespective of responsibility and designation. In fact, we foster sharing of ideas, recommendations and even scathing reviews (just keep it civil!). Last, we work hard but play harder. We love board games and experimenting with different mechanics. So, expect to be introduced to a new (and crazy world) of obscure tabletop games!
