Wearable "OnStar for People"
After my previous startups sold to TI and Apple, I came out of retirement and started UnaliWear to extend independence with dignity for my mother, who flat refused any of today’s emergency medical alarm products. Focus groups have named our Kanega watch platform a wearable “OnStar for People” because we provide discreet support for falls, medication reminders, and a guard against wandering in a voice-first, classically-styled watch.  Thanks to our patented quick-swap battery system in the band, you never have to take your watch off to charge, and we supplement our active medical alert capabilities with artificial intelligence in the cloud that learns the wearer’s lifestyle - like a NEST thermostat, except for people.
