TwoWayMind is building the next-generation analytical, sandbox evaluation, and execution routing infrastructure for quantitative funds and algorithmic trading groups.

Our mission is to eliminate infrastructure friction for quants. We provide institutional-grade systems that allow funds to test, execute, and scale their algorithms without disclosing intellectual property or losing custody of assets.

What we are building:
We are developing a high-performance quantitative pipeline featuring:
* Sub-millisecond normalized market feeds across global centralized and decentralized venues.
* Lock-free shared memory order books implementing our proprietary Virtual Order Book (VOB) technology.
* Latency-equalized smart order routing (SOR) to aggregate fragmented liquidity and minimize slippage.
* Double-blind cryptographic sandbox environment (AES-256) allowing secure client API delegation and automatic safety liquidations (Hard Stop Loss).

What hard problems we are solving:
1. Liquidity Fragmentation: We aggregate fragmented global books into a single high-throughput engine, solving slippage and front-running risks.
2. Latency Jitter and Toxic Arbitrage: We utilize kernel-bypass networking (Solarflare Onload) and hardware acceleration to ensure ultra-low, predictable execution speeds.
3. Intellectual Property and Security: Our double-blind setup guarantees that execution occurs dynamically in memory without writing sensitive algorithmic models or raw API secrets to persistent disk.
