We've designed Tremendous to be the happiest, most productive work environment you'll experience. *We're profitable, with no outside investors.* We raised a small round in 2011, but bought out our investors in 2013. Our cap table is just our team. This also means we're singularly focused on our product and business, rather than outside stakeholders. We move fast... but on our own terms, and with the long-term health of the business in mind. *We expect quality* Our long-term focus means delivering good product. We'd rather not ship, than ship something half-built. *We're fully remote* There is no Tremendous HQ. Our team is split across 3 continents. We hold company offsites twice a year. *We avoid meetings.* We optimize for employee productivity and happiness, and we do this by avoiding meetings where possible. Builders spend most of their workdays with huge open blocks of time, free to focus on problems and get into flow. The net result: if you fit in with how we work, you'll love working here.
