We're passionate about re-shaping the health space to make the world a happier, healthier place and helping people to reach their potential. We started by making therapy accessible to everyone through a digital safe space that ensures no one is left alone in their journey to better health. We work inclusively, with everyone in the team having their say on new features and in shaping product development. Attention to detail is EVERYTHING for us. From the way we research and produce content to our growth hacks and engineering. At the same time, we're always open to experimentation and hacks! We're solving lots of interesting engineering problems – from improving the UX between different devices, to optimising our payment pipeline and improving the allocation/matching between clients and therapists. Not to mention, scaling our infrastructure to match the growing business needs. We don't limit ourselves by being tied to specific technologies - we use whatever's most suitable for the task at hand. Finally, we work hard but like to have a laugh (!) And, it's important that we find someone with a similar outlook. Someone who genuinely connects with startup life – not afraid to put in long hours when needed but with tons of opportunity to learn and grow, and have fun whilst doing it.
