I've been building TheraPrac for two years, personally funding it the whole way, because I've watched therapists get stuck using software that was never built for them. I split my time between this and a senior role at a major enterprise consulting firm, so I know what a well-run, sophisticated tech organization actually looks like, and I'm bringing that bar to a small team that moves faster than anything I've worked on before. I'm not looking to manage people. I'm looking for someone who wants to build alongside me, own real pieces of the product, and see what we can do when a small team with real conviction moves fast.
