Behavioral health has a documentation problem. Therapists spend hours on notes, billing, and scheduling software that wasn't built for how they actually work, it was adapted from general medical EHRs never designed for talk therapy, session cadence, or the specific billing codes and compliance needs of mental health practices.
We're building TheraPrac to fix that: a practice management platform built from the ground up for therapists and mental health practice owners. Scheduling, clinical notes, billing, e-prescribing, and telehealth in one system, instead of five disconnected tools stitched together with workarounds.
We're not pre-launch. TheraPrac is live today with real paying providers running their practices on it. Our founding team pairs clinical depth (our co-founders are a licensed therapist and a psychiatric nurse practitioner) with a build-fast, AI-first engineering culture, we use agentic workflows daily to ship at a speed most small teams can't match.
The hard problem we're solving isn't just software, it's trust. Mental health data is some of the most sensitive a person has, and providers need software that treats it that way. We're building HIPAA-compliant infrastructure from day one, not bolting on compliance after the fact.
