Right now we're hiring one role: a Founding Builder to help us add to our build velocity. We're a small team, so every hire is a real one, someone joining early enough to own real pieces of the product, not fill a seat on a roadmap someone else wrote. We're looking for people who'd rather build something real than wait to be handed responsibility. Full stack, front to back: design, code, testing, and support. Comfortable working AI first, since agentic workflows are how we build every day, not an occasional tool. This isn't a traditional job. It's unpaid for now, equity-based, with a real, staged path to salary tied to revenue milestones. It takes more than 40 hours a week, and it's in person in Holladay, UT, 3x a week. It's a real bet on something early and real, not a safe, standard hire.
