The GIVEN provides on-demand academic Q&A help for higher education. We help companies and academic institutions build networks that effortlessly connect students with skilled experts on demand. We emulate Uber, Lyft, and other on-demand services that have eliminated a triage function that creates a poor customer service experience. Higher Education institutions use our service for handling their students’ academic questions. Our platform is comparable with other LMS platforms and can be embedded into those platforms. We plan to integrate Artificial Intelligence and Database Management system to achieve operational efficiency, eliminate staffing issues, and easily handle overflow student service volume.
