The Startup Factory provides access to a network of veterans whose experience ranges from co-founding MapQuest to securing contracts with Fortune 500 companies. We make our network of entrepreneurs-turned-industry leaders available to our startups, with the idea that they will not just give guidance but jump in and help when the going gets rough.
In addition, we provide three months of modern office space in Research Triangle Park and a flat $50,000 up front for 7.5% equity, with the option of a convertible note valued up to $150,000 after graduation.
