Nelumbox is the world’s first smart medication cooler for Direct-to-Patient (DtP) services in clinical trial and home care programs. It is the first cooling device enabling smart, simple and secure thermoelectric cooling due to an innovative, energy efficient platform technology. Nelumbox integrates the Internet of Things to the storage and transport of temperature-sensitive products.

Nelumbox is addressing a B2B2C market, with the user being the private patient, but the customers being pharma manufacturers, contract research organizations (CROs), special nursing organizations or pharma logistics providers. Therefore, Nelumbox will be sold (home care) or rented (clinical trial) directly B2B but not directly to the patient. With Nelumbox, our customers are not only offered a GxP compliant solution, but also the opportunity to remain market-leaders in providing temperature-sensitive drugs.
