teambay is an HR software and consulting company based in Berlin. We are an international team of 10 people who believe that empowering employees to exchange feedback helps to build and improve company culture, productivity, and happiness in the workplace. We appreciate being a small team with not too many decision makers, but also understand the importance of helping each other across teams. As a company, the majority of our team works full time in the office. Everyone is able to do home office as well, as long as it is planned ahead and you are able to maintain your commitments. We are a mixed group, half of our colleagues coming from Germany, and others from elsewhere in Europe, India and the USA. Some people lunch together, some alone, it's up to you. We aim to have one team lunch per week and a team event every three months. teambay has adopted a New Work approach, which means employees are encouraged to work the amount of time they feel is right for them and to fulfil their role within the company. There is flexibility for this role to be full-time or part-time.
