Countless people attempt repeatedly to run a local 5k, half marathon, or just start running to get in shape but are left with generic one size fits all running programs online and in books. Those programs often leave runners overwhelmed and injured or underwhelmed and bored.
My team and I will instead reach out to those seeking a healthier and more successful running plan. Results so far have been FANTATIC!
