Taskclan is a Canadian AI company building one connected ecosystem across six pillars: Intelligence, Cloud, Studio, Engine, Enterprise and Lab. Taskclan Intelligence develops T1 Core, T1 Flow and T1 Max. Taskclan Cloud delivers infrastructure through Cloud Console and Cloud CLI. Taskclan Studio houses T1 Studio. Taskclan Engine turns our shared capabilities into products including GameNova, Nani, Forge3D and Spaces, TalentKit, ProposalAI and Ostrae. Taskclan Enterprise provides policy, residency, audit, identity and licensing capabilities, while Taskclan Lab explores new technologies and products. We are currently looking for founding builders in three priority areas: • Growth and partnerships • AI and machine learning • Product design These are initially part-time, equity-based founding roles with no cash salary at present. Each selected team member will receive a role-based equity grant subject to a formal agreement, vesting and board approval. Our intention is to transition these opportunities into paid roles once Taskclan secures sufficient financing or recurring revenue. We are remote-first and based in Toronto. Team members work with flexible schedules, clear responsibilities and agreed collaboration hours. We are looking for people who take ownership, communicate clearly, move quickly and are comfortable creating structure in an early-stage environment. You will help shape Taskclan’s products, strategy and culture rather than simply execute predefined tasks.
