Taskclan Engine builds AI automation products that remove friction from everyday life and work.
Our wedge product is ReceptionOS — an AI receptionist for service businesses that answers calls, qualifies leads, books appointments, and shows measurable ROI.
We also power Nani, a Family Operating System that helps parents coordinate schedules, routines, and decisions — built on the same underlying engine (voice, messaging, workflows, and decision logic).
We’re pre-revenue and looking for an equity cofounder (GTM/COO) to own:
- Sales & partnerships (pipeline, closing, channels)
- Fundraising (narrative, investor pipeline, intros)
- Operations (cadence, metrics, hiring plan)
Comp: Equity-only to start (founder-level, vesting + cliff). Salary begins once we raise ~$1M or reach $500k revenue (ARR or trailing-12-month revenue defined upfront).
Traction / Status
ReceptionOS MVP is live (AI receptionist for service businesses: answer → qualify → book).
Nani mobile app is in TestFlight and launching in Q1.
Bootstrapped (no outside funding, no revenue yet) — currently focused on design partners and early pilots.
