TalentSonar improves diversity recruiting efforts through resume anonymization and analytics. We take resumes and anonymize them by removing name and contact information and present them to hiring managers for blind selection. This allows the hiring manager to focus on the skills and experiences of the candidate and helps disrupt any unconscious bias that may come into play. We also have the ability to remove gender or ethnic specific identifiers from a resume.

TalentSonar also provides analytics on what resumes hiring managers have viewed, for how long and what keywords were used to search across resumes so that recruiters can get more people hired. TalentSonar integrates with any corporate applicant tracking system that is able to send resumes via email or can work as a stand alone tool. We are also OFCCP compliant.
