We are building a patented bicycle accessory. It represent the first advancement in bicycle safety in over 40 years. There are 100 million bicyclists in the US, yet many have real safety concerns. Accidents continue to rise; 500,000 per year and close to 1,000 deaths per year. Yet, cycling is growing.. More recreational riders, bike commuters, more older people ride for health, more electric bikes and young children learning to ride. The market is huge and int'l.

Aside from the bike helmet and brakes on bikes there have been no advancements in bike safety. The worldwide market is 5-8 times larger. Retail stores do not sell this product and online there are no other products that offer the same degree of safety.

It took 4 years to complete the software that controls the light. Online advertising will be main marketing strategy w/retail support. Extensive facebook testing and research have proven the market. We are raising funds for launch. Details below require an NDF.
