Coordinate day-to-day IT operations supporting approximately 125 users across first and second shifts.
Manage relationships with third-party managed security service providers (MSSPs), ensuring service quality, responsiveness, and alignment with business priorities.
Develop product and component designs, CAD models/MBDs, and engineering documentation in accordance with company, industry, and customer requirements.
Create and review assembly drawings, detail drawings, models, and specifications to ensure accuracy, completeness, manufacturability, and compliance with customer and industry standards.
