Syntro careers

Syntro is an AI-powered platform designed to streamline the workflow of life science researchers. It aims to enhance research reproducibility and expedite project progress. We want to achieve it by reducing the time spent on tasks such as creating lab notes, preparing protocols, presentations, reports, and writing scientific papers. Additionally, we aim to simplify browsing and searching through internal knowledge bases by providing a natural language interface. We also seek to enhance research progress tracking by establishing a robust connection between lab notes and the underlying raw data. This will be achieved through effective tracking mechanisms and the generation of relevant metadata. Our clients are Universities, R&D startups, and pharmaceutical companies. The estimated market value for our solution in the EU and US is 1 B euro.

Our project was established in late March of this year. We are a team consisting of three dedicated individuals, with two co-founders on board. Both of us have backgrounds as biomolecular scientists with robust business experience. We are in the process of establishing a company in the Netherlands, defined the scope of the minimum viable product (MVP), and negotiated a paid pilot with our first client. Currently, our focus is on developing the product, and we are searching for an experienced partner to join us in this endeavor.
